Note: Almost half of the hikes in this guidebook were burned during the 2020 fires. Many of the burned hikes have since reopened but several hikes, most notably those in the Little North Santiam River canyon, remained closed. Expect lots of fire damage in these areas. Most of the places in this guide remain beautiful and uncrowded, however!
